Joan Hutchison has been a Real Estate agent since 1988. She came to Whittle & Associates in 1990 and has been a top producer with the company ever since. Her career highlights include numerous awards - Production Leader, Salesperson of the Year and Outstanding Career Achievement and she has sold $81 million in real estate since joining the Whittle & Associates team.

She is a member of the Yolo County Board of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors and participates in the Multiple Listing service.

Joan lives in Woodland, has 2 grown children and will become a first time grandmother in February, 2008!
